Supporting neurodivergent students doesn't have to mean overhauling everything you do. In this session, we'll explore simple, practical strategies that help make IEP accommodations more manageable and effective in the general education classroom. Participants will leave with ready-to-use ideas for supporting attention, organization, processing, and engagement—small shifts that can make a big impact for neurodivergent learners and benefit all students. While the examples and strategies shared will focus primarily on elementary classrooms, many can be adapted and applied across grade levels.
